Terms and Conditions
1. 247GOs is a third party that provides services for overseas purchases which are in Korea, Japan and China.2. 247GOs is not responsible for any risks that may occur at any time. Purchase at your own risk.3. You can purchase if you are 100% SURE you have extra money to pay the 2nd or 3rd payment if necessary.4. An order confirmation will be sent to your email if you choose to receive a copy after submitting the order form. NO FORM SUBMITTED = NO ORDER5. Payment must be made in the EXACT amount via cash deposit, online banking instant transfer/DuitNow or Touch ‘n Go eWallet only. Please contact me if you are unsure about the amount to transfer. Please send the exact amount, no more, no less.6. Full payment must be made before the deadline stated on the order form. Failure to do so will result in your order being automatically cancelled. Payments made after the deadline WILL NOT be refunded.7. I only accept full payment and if you pay half I will cancel your order without any refund. NO DEPOSIT.8. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION NO REFUND AFTER MAKING PAYMENT. Any excuses and reasons will not be entertained at all. Backout buyers and joy buyers will be exposed and blacklisted. I will always update the Masterlist if there is one.9. I will cancel your order if the item is out of stock or if the buyer is rude, shows disrespectful behavior, is demanding or continues to insist on delivery.10. Once you make payment and submit the order form, it means you have AGREED to all the terms and conditions stated.11. Please understand if I am late in replying to your DM/Telegram/Email as I also have work to do. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please resend your message. Do not spam.12. All updates will be made on Twitter or Telegram. Please check Masterlist or #247gosupdate. If there is no update, it means I do not have additional information about the item. INTERNATIONAL ORDER (korea + japan + china)1. 1st payment:
Item price + KR/JPN/CHN shipping + Bank transfer fee2. Price stated in the order form does not include KR/JPN/CHN shipping + bank transfer fee (I will collect payment before purchasing the item)3. 2nd payment:
International shipping fee (EMS) + Local postage (I will collect payment after the item arrives in Malaysia)4. 2nd Payment for each item may vary depending on the quantity, weight and size of the packaging box for each batch.5. 2nd payment notice will be sent via Email only.A REMINDER:
i. Please follow the schedule and time given for payment, so that I can send your parcel on time.ii. Payment after the given deadline will be sent to you after one month. If you want to receive it quickly please add RM10. I will not be responsible for your items if you pay after the deadline. (CANNOT COMBINE POSTAGE / NO CLAIM AT ALL if anything happens)iii. NO payment after 2 WEEKS from the arrival date, then your item will be sold as ready stock.6. 3rd payment if required:
Buyers will have to pay additional charges if the item is detained by customs. Rest assured that I will do my best to avoid customs charges.7. There is a packaging fee for boxes, bubble wrap, cardboard and toploaders. This is to ensure the items reach to you safely.8. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for each item is different. Items will be sent to the KR/JPN/CHN address first and then combined with other items. It will take longer, usually more than 1 month to arrive in Malaysia.
PACKING + POSTAGE1. Once all payments are completed, I will do the postage usually on Saturday or Sunday or Monday.2. The courier services I use are Poslaju WM (Semenanjung) and J&T Express/DHL EM (Sabah and Sarawak).3. Please double check your postage details before submitting the order form. I am not responsible for any delivery problems and lost packages.4.Tracking number will be shared on twitter or telegram. You can check on Masterlist and 247gos.carrd.co5. After receiving the package, you are required to record an unboxing video that shows a clear tracking number or airway bill from opening till the end, no cuts or edits in case you want to claim if there are any missing items or if they were not included at all during the packing process. Please send the video to email only: [email protected]. NO VIDEO NO CLAIM.6. Any scratches or defects or damage to the album/magazine/merchandise/item are not under my control or my responsibility as it is caused by factory production or packaging process from KR/JPN/CHN stores, fansite and k-seller.8. I will not issue any refund if the item is damaged or lost during the shipping process. Please contact the courier service (Poslaju/J&T Express/DHL) to claim it.
OFFICIAL GOODS + FANSITE GOODS + K-SELLER GOODS1. Albums will only be purchased from trusted stores that count album sales for Hanteo and Circle Chart.2. Albums and merchandise are 100% official because I only purchase from official stores.3. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE once you make payment to me, to the official store, to fansite and to k-seller.4. During the production process, the gift prepared by the seller may change. Design of the item may be changed after payment is made. I will not respond to any refund requests.5. I am not responsible if the fansite or k-seller scams your money and NO refund will be made because the money has been transferred to them.6. I will refund your money if the fansite or k-seller returns the money due to incomplete production or canceled items. Only the item price and KR/JPN/CHN shipping fees will be refunded. Bank transfer fees will not be refunded.7. If the quantity of items I receive from the official store or fansite or k-seller is different from what I ordered, then I will send the items based on the timestamp in the order form.8. I am not responsible for incomplete or damaged items that I receive from official stores or fansites or k-sellers. I will not make any refunds because the money has been fully paid to them.9. Rest assured that I will try my best to report any of these situations to the official store or fansite or k-seller. If they want to replace it and need to send back the original item, then all payments must be borne and paid in full by you.
